Roshan Mustaqbil is a Youth Centre of the Youth, by the Youth and for the Youth of Kupwara. Urdu for 'Bright Future' or 'Sunehra Bhavishya', it empowers the youth and provides them with opportunities in various fields facilitating their holistic development and growth as well as making them future-ready. Nestled in the Kupwara town of Jammu & Kashmir, it empowers and provides opportunities to the youth of Kupwara, children come from far and wide showing their dedication.
Inaugrated on the 4th of April, Roshan Mustaqbil is a World Class Youth Centre with State-of-the-Art infrastructure, professional Hotel management training by the industry's top leader - IHCL, fully equipped library, computer lab, recording studio & music room, courses for competitive exam & a Fencing Node affiliated with Khelo India! It's aim is to provide a platform for the youth of Kupwara to hone their skills and contribute meaningfully to society. Every corner has been designed to inspire & motivate the youth. It has around 780 members. The membership fee is just Rs. 50 per month for accessing all the facilities.

Known as the 'Soul' of Roshan Mustaqbil, tje+ library provides access to numerous books from various fields including Competitive exams, fiction & self- help. In addition Kindles are provided to access E-books. Designed for comfortable reading and fostering a culture of learning. Includes an artistic corner for creative expression by students and local artists. Art materials are provided free of cost.
Equipped with the high-configuration computers. Offers training in basic computer literacy & empowers youth with essential digital skills. Packages for competitive exams have been purchased that the youth uses to prepare for examinations like IAS, IPS etc.
Facilitates exploration of career interests and opportunities in scholarships, internships and jobs. Provides ongoing counseling by multiple stakeholders and professional counselors. Supports career development and planning.
A fully soundproof recording studio equipped with professional-grade instruments, recording equipment, and advanced software. Beyond recording, it serves as a vibrant creative space, offering a wide range of musical instruments and weekly music classes conducted by experienced instructors. It is designed to nurture talent, encourage creativity, and help individuals develop their musical skills and hobbies.
Khushwara Kahave is a cozy café with captivating views with a student-friendly menu featuring a blend of authentic regional delicacies and global cuisines. The café offers a gaming arcade with a pool table & PlayStation for computer gaming, creating the perfect atmostphere for relaxation between study sessions. Open mics, debates, quizzes, industry interactions, inspirational talks, podcasts and celebration of festivals are organized regularly, widening horizons & and bringing the community together in an engaging and lively environment.
This is a popular spot where movies and matches are screened, providing entertainment and relaxation for the youth.
Roshan Mustaqbil offers professionally certified Hotel Management training in areas such as Housekeeping, F&B, and more, provided by South Asia's largest hospitality company, IHCL (The Indian Hotels Company Limited). The program combines interactive theory classes with hands-on training in a purpose-built model room that accurately replicates the setup of rooms in 5-star hotels. This comprehensive training has enabled numerous students to secure placements both within Kashmir and across India.
It celebrates the rich cultural heritage and diversity of India, highlighting prominent tourist destinations across the country.
Showcases famous tourist locations in the Kupwara Valley. Each location has a barcode that links to a website providing detailed information, including where to go, what to see, and what to eat.
A series of photo frames showcasing the breathtaking beauty of the Kashmir Valley. Alongside, you'll see movie posters arranged chronologically, depicting films that have been shot in this picturesque region. Screens showcase inspiring stories of prominent personalities from the Kashmir Valley, like Dr. Shah Faesal, the first IAS officer from the Valley, and Sadia Tariq, the celebrated boxer.
To ensure this center operates smoothly, we have set up a management committee entirely run by the youth. The committee is made up of seven dedicated groups, each responsible for a specific aspect of Roshan Mustaqbil.

Women Empowerment & Skill Development NGO
An NGO which has presence all over the country in field of Women Empowerment and Skill Development. An annex is being developed nearby, where Reacha will conduct classes in Hospitality, Retail, and Tour Guide Training and we will conduct online Coaching for IAS and NEET.
